From the beginning of his legal career, Mr. Murphy has focused his

commercial real estate transactions as well as helping hundreds of
injured people and their families recover fair compensation for the
harm that has befallen them. Howard and his staff have also
represented many clients in matters related to business planning,
collections, foreclosure, entity formation, (i.e., corporations, LLC’s
and partnerships), employment law issues, real estate tax appeals,
zoning issues, unemployment compensation, estate planning and civil
litigation.

estates, developers, charitable organizations and manufacturing
concerns.

Howard believes that he and his staff have been able to assist such a
large and diverse client base to achieve their legal goals by making a
commitment to put the client first. That means paying attention to
the client’s goals and objectives and then providing the client with an
honest evaluation of their situation and realistic advice on how to
best pursue their goals. It also means that Howard and his staff are

addition to traditional business hours.
